Made purchase and did not receive anything
I purchased all the universal ornaments in Eververse for the current Dawning 2020 event. After I purchased the ornament set, I went to my inventory to unlock it and cement my purchase. However, after I did that, the new ornaments did not show up in my available ornament options when styling an armor piece.
Please help!

Hi there. Have you checked your Mods inventory for the individual ornament pieces? Have you checked your Postmaster for the items? If there are nowhere to be found, please check your Silver balance. If it is back to your previous balance, then you likely refunded the items accidentally instead of opening them.
