Pretty much the title - I just completed the Pit with a fireteam in one go, no previous checkpoints or anything - completely fresh start, and I didn't die during it. The banner appeared at the bottom of my screen when we finished but the Triumph didn't register. Short of trying to flawless the Pit again, what can I do?
