Where is my No time to explain?
I own both the beyond light dlc along with the season pass for season of the hunt and I’ve completed the campaign. Is there something else I’m missing for this to show up? All of my friends are using the rifle and say I should have it if I beat the campaign.

You have to have the dlc + season bundle or higher (e.g deluxe, stranger, collector) otherwise you won't get it. If you bought the season pass separately to the dlc you don't get it.
