When charging a void grenade using the Exotics Contraverse Hold, but then cancelling the action (like sprinting) will cause your hands and/or weapon (even if you switch weapons) to disappear. Not permanently but for a short confusing period of time. Doesn't always happen but sometimes does and has happened many times. So far I've only noticed this with Contraverse specifically. Xbox One X with SSD
