Bungie has been reacting very fast at patching any type of overpowered weapon or ability so I am hoping they react just as fast at fixing under powered items like Merciless. If you are truly committed to balancing the game and making things work as intended then fix Merciless. The exotic perk does not work so please push a hotfix and correct this issue as fast as you correct exploits. Thank you.
