Fourth Horseman catalyst in Beyond Light
I got Fourth Horseman with the exotic cypher this season, then I searched how do I get its catalyst and found nothing about it after the Beyond Light expansion... Anyone knows if Bungie put another way to get this catalyst?

Hello. There has been no news about vaulted or timed catalysts at this time. Since the fourth horseman catalyst were tied to legendary lost sectors, they were only available during Season of the Worthy. I would suggest to keep an eye out on TWAB for latest updates.
