Cutscenes STILL playing at 1-2 fps regardless of settings
Despite changing the graphical settings as low as they can possibly go, adjusting the framerate caps, uninstalling and reinstalling GPU drivers, and trying about every other solution found by the community, all pre-rendered cutscenes in the game still crawl at an infuriating 1-2 frames per second. I want to invest myself into my guardian's progress and lore, I'm not going to skip over content that I paid a lot of money for over a bug that we've had no progress reports on. Is anything being done about this anymore?

Здравствуйте. Та же проблема. 1 fps при кат-сценах. Понимаю, что у меня компьютер не новый, но до обновления всё было великолепно, а сейчас редкостные тормоза.
