I would like to report a bug about Merciless's charge time being bugged. The update on September 8th stated that: "Fixed an issue affecting the perks on Jade Rabbit and Merciless. Perks that activate "on hit" weren't triggering properly when projectiles over-penetrated their target." I had found that most of the time, when using Merciless after beyond light, it does not proc its perk properly, and instead maintains the full charge time even though I am hitting the target. I had gotten it to work at some point, but I do not have footage of it working because I had not thought to record at the time. Apologies about the weird video quality.
