I'm having intermittent but regular instancing issues. I've watched a good number of twitch streams where the same thing happens. I load into an instance, and an NPC/boss/etc needed to continue the instance doesn't load in. For example, when I beat the campaign and needed to talk to the Stranger in Beyond to get my No Time to Explain, she didn't show up. Her marker was there, but the Stranger wasn't. Fast travelling doesn't fix it. I've had to totally go to orbit and reload. Same thing in strikes. For example, in Exodus Crash, I've had the walker not drop. Drop ship shows up, hovers there permanently, but the walker never drops. Thus, you can only move so far forward until your path is blocked by a shield because you haven't defeated it. And again, you have to bail on the strike and restart entirely. It's annoying and I nearly had a heart attack at the end of the campaign and worried for a minute I couldn't finish it ever. Anyways, figured i'd pass it along.
