Are Ryzen processors the problem for low framerates
After countless hours spent researching ways to fix my low framerates i think i've narrowed it down to a ryzen issue.
How many other people have Ryzen processors and are experiencing lower framerates than usual?
If your one of these people.....was the game running fine before? if so, when was it running fine?
Has bungie said anything about optimizing the game to run better on Ryzen processors?

I have a ryzen processor (3700x), and as of Tuesday I'm experiencing about a 30-45% drop in fps across the board. Was running fine this weekend. I also have an nvidia gpu (1070) and noticed that they recently forced an update to their geforce experience. I'm wondering if this may be a factor here too. One strange thing that I've noticed is a second fps counter has appeared in my game-- usually I run just the steam built in, but now there's another counter that sits underneath it and I have no idea where it's coming from. I turned off nvidia's experimental features and overlay but that didn't seem to do anything.
