Character Build Stat Caps
Sorry if there is already a topic like this, I couldn't find anything post shadowkeep.
I'm finally at the point where I can start working on character builds. Coming from RPG's I'm no stranger to the concept of "soft caps" when it comes to stats. Does destiny 2 character stats have a soft cap? For example, am I getting less bang for my buck by bringing one stat from 7 -> 10 rather than bringing 3 other stats up by 1?
Just looking for some character stat building advice from some vets.

2 RisposteAll stat tiers (1-10) give you a bonus in the corresponding stat but for some stats the bonus you get the higher you go becomes less, not by a lot though. There is one stat that is essentially useless after 6 and that stat is Resilience. Pretty much anything after 6 Resilience, unless your a Titan, is useless and you end up wasting points. Aztecross Gaming has a video on his Youtube channel that shows off all cooldown rates at all tiers.
