Vouchsafe
im trying to get the wayfarer seal, and the only things i need are secret victories emblem and Vouchsafe. I have done the all the cats, all the ascendant chests (for medium strength) this weeks ascendant challenge plus bounty. I have also done some tier 3 blind well.
My question is, is there a better way to farm for legendary gear in dreaming city? preferably that doesnt require the weekly reset.

Hey there! There is currently no way to farm for weapons besides doing Blind Well after doing all the activities you have said above.
