Uhm, am I missing something here? I did not participate in the Halloween stuff from last year, but this year I completed everything and it unlocked this triumph? Is this just a mix-up or a leftover from last year perhaps? I looked at the store and there was nothing, nor was this a 'secret triumph' this year. It just randomly popped up out of nowhere for me.
