Drifter not giving quests
I've seen a handful of people post about the Umbral Engram bugs, but I've not seen any that cover what to do if you make a new character and still don't get the quest from The Drifter.
Anyone have any advice or suggestions for getting around this?

Increase your Power Level. It's one of the most common reasons that players don't get the Quests.
