Menagerie quest completely broken
Old problem I know but i still ned IB cataylst I cannot progress this quest at all
- I have 3000 imperials but cannot select any rune they all say "quest progress required" this includes power and efficiency 1
-i cannot complete the invitation quest as I cant open the final loot chest as I dont have a runed chalice
- I have cleared all available triumphs
