Bungie vib check
When bungie says no new game engine I get flashbacks to when they said no trials...
I'm vibin.
We all know its not black and white bungie is a responsive company not an offensive one they act in response we will get a new game engine when we need one so in 2 years time we're going to get a D3 if...
The new game engine allows them to copy and paste D1 and D2 fully
And 50 hour of current work in this engine is = to 1 hour in the new engine that will be worth the 2 years of dev time/2 years of D2 cousting...
BTW right now I'd say it's not in bungies view yet like I said in 2 years time they will start work on D3 if things happen.

New game engine = .game upgrades .possible dedicated servers .real anti cheat(if Microsoft) .way faster dev time with faster and more efficient content turn over .more in game updates .cheaper dev cost .possible community support due to game engine .stuff like theater and forge .better work flow for dev team.
