i recently cross saved my xbox to my steam acc, and lost all of my exotics (except for the ones in my inventory) even in collections. i also lost all of my cosmetics from f.eks. cayde's secret stash. i lost almost everything in my collections as a whole but im mostly bummed about the loss of my exotics. i can send pics as proof if anyone would mind telling me how. i dont need compensations cause i know bungie doesnt care for their own systems errors and how players are affected by them, i just want an answer as to why i lost so much progress. and yes, i did rebuy every expansion on pc, so that problem shouldve been solved
