Am i mad or wasnt ALL rasputin weapons meant to spawn warmind cells? seventh seraph CQC, Ikelos weapons, etc. But post season of worthy ONLY the SMG has dropped them from what ive been seeing? I havent actually tested the ikelos sniper for pve because rapid fires for pve is just not worth it as they do nothing on a body shot. Point is ive not seen a single warmind cell drop from me using my Seventh Seraph CQC's in PVE. Im just wondering if this was an intentional redaction of them being able to spawn the cells or not as the shotgun is just REALLY nice feeling and i love the warmind cell builds.
