Coldheart pre order ornament not in my possession
Today I was looking at my ornaments using the new function and I saw that my cold heart ornament sub-zero (the one in the pre order of the original game) wasn't in my possession. I pre ordered the game and I had it but now it's gone. I don't know when it happened but I would really like having it back because it's really nice and I paid more for that.

The ornament came from the Eververse Store during Season 1. If coldheart was dismantled before the introduction of collections when Warmind was released, you will need to reacquire the weapon through Engrams and through Xur. Otherwise, you can grab another one from the collections page if it is still acquirable.
