Lost all mats going from majestic to magnificent
I upgraded my armor while grinding out the requirements on the majestic pieces to upgrade to magnificent. When that was complete the Magnificent armor set reset to 1 energy and all the mats I invested in upgrading the majestic set were gone. This is not right, I had so much fun doing all those activities just to be left with a feeling of disappointment when this happened. The armor should have retained all those upgrades and not reset to 1. Did I miss something? Were there warnings that this would happen? Bungie I think you should make this right and refund the mats.

It just happened to me, too. It would be nice to be informed of something like this happening since it is a significant loss of materials. Now I'm worried about upgrading the armor before a glow is added, any idea if mats get deleted when this happens as well?

3 RisposteAs is the case in these events, when going from one rarity/item to the next, your former items are deleted/removed & replaced with the updated versions. As such, using materials to upgrade the former version(s) is an nonrefundable purchase.
