SECOND CHANCE: precision hits loads a high damage a healing round from reserves (4 is the number of precision hits required to trigger SECOND CHANCE.) Next change the catalyst no longer increases range but handling now is increased by 45 points and the weapons mag size is reduced to 8 Weapon is now a dark purple. After those charges its the same gun 110 rpm hand cannon with HAMMER FORGED RIFLING, DROP MAG and OSMOSIS and its main perk SAVING GRACE precision kills grant class ability energy and super energy. Stats are the same as the BAD NEWS 110 hand cannon from black armory.
