Orb duping bug in new contact event
So in the new contact event I've seen and reported a number of people for dropping the orb that makes the event heroic at the same time that they are depositing the orb into the bank. This has been in the game since the release of the new Contact public event. Is this something that will be patched on next weekly reset or does Bungie not care about this bug/exploit that is in the game that makes it a million times easier than actually killing the 4 champions that spawn like you're supposed to do during the event?

This dupe method has been in the game much longer than just this season. It is often used in Pit of Heresy to skip the encounter with the totem. They likely will not patch it this season if at all.
