The Stranger Edition code activation
Hello, I am an Australian player, who only plays on PC.
I am looking to purchase the Stranger Edition, however in Australia it can only be bought on PS4 or Xbox.
Would the code which comes with it for the digital deluxe edition be able to be redeemed on PC instead of Xbox/PS4 for the 4 seasons passes and expansion access?. Or would I be able to swap a PS4/Xbox code for a PC one somehow?
I have no interest on playing on console, so if I can't activate the code on PC, then I probably won't buy it.

No, it would not. Those codes are platform specific and are issued by the platforms, so there is no way to Bungie to issue or replace the included code.
