Add Rewards for helping First Time Raiders
Gotta say the entire "Must have 20+ Runs" for raids is pretty annoying and I think it's even a little toxic. There should be an incentive to add first time Raiders. Maybe additional drops for everyone. Would be awesome to add incentives to help newer players
