Emissary Whisperer Triumph Not Tracking
The triumph for listening to the dialogue in the dungeon from the emissary seems to not be tracking. I have listened to two of these dialogues regarding Titan and the New Pacific Arcology but still see 0/5 for the Titan Emissary component of the triumph.
Is this a bug or is there another component to the triumph that hasn't unlocked yet?
