It's absurd, to be honest I don't really care about people AFK farming to increase their power level as long as they lower their power below 750 so they don't get matched with me, but when you spend 3 hours trying to complete a single forge because every single player you get matched with is AFK and don't even have the common decency to lower their power level. Something needs to be done. Now, especially when it looks like forges are going away with Beyond Light.
