Maxed out engrams before the Drifter
I have maxed out my engrams before the Drifter giving me a higher leveled engram. You're not able to delete umbral engrams, so therefore am unable to accept his engram/quest

Per the countless other threads about the same issue, complete the quest on another character. Then once the decoder is unlocked return to your current character. Or, per This week at Bungie, wait until Tuesday when Bungie fixes it.
