I was running crucible today to get the grenade launcher kills for Witherhoard's catalyst when I got Jade Rabbit's catalyst to drop so I decided to take the gun into strikes for a bounty and found out that it doesn't work anymore, body shots don't give you the stacks anymore and then after words the precision hit does no extra damage and does not refund ammo so it acts like just a normal scout now.
