Just in case anyone has this issue my resolution had to do with my monitors refresh rate OC at 75Hz it was normal until now which makes me think that it has something do do with the latest NVIDIA driver, that is the only thing that I can think of that had changed since the issue presented itself. Steps I took to resolve: Nvidia control panel - Display - Change Resolution - Reset my monitors to their native settings. Hope this helps someone.
