At the very beginning when Shadow Keep was launching, and Bungie was asking everyone to do the PC move transfer, I did as well. Once I was done and clicked on my transfer details, nothing appeared, nothing was there. All my characters, items, and licenses that I bought were not there. I have tried contacting Blizzard, but they redirect me to articles I already know about, I have already retried my PC transfer and nothing appeared still. I sent a ticket on an old article when it first came out, and just now as well. All the time I spent on my characters who were close to max light when forsaken was out, and all my licenses, have vanished. If I can get my character's back or some response I would be extremely grateful.
