It’s heavily speculated that Thaviks is a Fallen Splicer. Possibly from the old House Devils given the the tinge of red in his cloak. Its implied through idle chatter from Failsafe that the Exodus Black has SIVA aboard, which is probably what Thaviks and House Dusk we’re searching for in the Exodus Crash strike. His title of Depraved is an unknown one, but given its definition being “morally corrupt; wicked” I’d assume it’s something about his personality. Perhaps he is wicked because of his technological testing giving him a wicked rank among the other Eliksni? At the end of the day, we don’t know the exact reason for his title.
