Hi together! So when the last update came online, I happily took my good ol' Felwinter's Helm and immediately noticed, that it doesn't proc the debuffs as it did before. At times it doesn't proc at all, or just partially (only defense debuff procced and not the blinding or vice versa) and the area of effect is A LOT smaller...so I wanted to make sure, I noticed it right and went to the tribute hall. Surprisingly did it not only proc at a 100% rate but also did it seem to me, as if the radius was bigger than in every other part of the game outside of the tribute hall. Anyone else aware of this?
