Still haven't received an email with my emblem for donating

Hey, So I donated to Direct Relief well over a week ago and I still haven't received an email with the code for the emblem. I have the receipt if proof is needed to show I donated the correct amount. I live in the UK so I don't know if that makes any difference. Any help would be appreciated.

  • Hi there, Thanks for your report. Please contact bngfoundation@bungie.com using the same email address you used to donate and include your donation information to ensure that you receive your emblem. Make sure to include your donation receipt order number and the date you donated.

  • Hey there. Have you checked your spam folder for the email (it will be from Bungie Inc. <info@bungie.com>)? If so and still not able to locate it, you can use the contact form at the bottom of the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]Cross Save page[/url] and send them your order number and email address that you used to donate.
