Does valor rank resets during the earlier quest steps count towards the 5 resets at the end?

1 RispondiYes. You just have to reset 5 times in any single season. During Iron Banner weekends, valor gain is doubled, so that makes it go super fast - I reset 15 times last season, and I kinda suck at PvP. Good luck.
