With the current meta being auto rifles and snipers, makes it hard to choose anything else. Bungie, Could we consider giving outbreak perfected ricochet rounds and no damage fall off light hard light ? No damage buff needed, but a tweak like this could see abit more diverse wepon usage in the game.
