So, before we get into this, I have 1Gb internet, it is amazingly stable everywhere EXCEPT Destiny 2. Since the start of Season of the Worthy, I have had Beaver drops so bad that I cannot complete taking bounties while playing by myself. I have had the matchmaker system tell me my wife, sitting next to me in our office killing things, is in orbit and cannot be joined. I have had the game suddenly tell me that my network is set to Moderate NAT when no change has been made in months. I should point out that this only occurs when trying to join fireteams, so I can play by myself but not reliably with my wife. I have had Loading screens for Lost Sectors that lasted for minutes. Given that those are Fireteam instances, that is ridiculous. Bungie, it is time to admit that the UPNP experiment is a failure and implement a proper UDP system. You can do it while you are cleaning up all the other problems that were implemented in the current season.
