Fusion Rifles on Console....
All that was wrong was the backup plan perk...A EXOTIC PERK!
All you had to do was remove that perk like you've done before In D1.
You needed too buff fast fire rate fusions bolt spread and maybe make slower firing fusions spread a little more.
But instead you nerf it to the point of "might as well use a shotgun..."
The reward for good timing and not being able to instantly fire was great kill potential at range. And for those few of you saying that it was OP, how many times a day did you run into people using fusions? How many times a day do you run into Mindbenders....
Stop taking away things, too many nerfs, then you buff 600rpm autos?? Come on Bungie

At that point I was using a stock one pre forsaken which just has liquid coils and under pressure. I then ran the menagerie and got a torch, liquid coils, moving target, rangefinder, range masterwork and put a targeting adjuster on it. Good lord have mercy shotgunners look the -blam!- out. And they are salty as hell...i play on xbox and my inbox is full of hate. I can’t do backup plan, i hate the quick fire. I prefer to really be situational and take that large charge time to have more successful kills. After getting my unbroken title I have vowed to pay homage to Erentil by getting 10,000 voops with it in the crucible this season. If you see me drop an emote...or bag on me 🙂.

Still the best counter to shotguns and super effective against Spare Rations streaming unbroken crybabies. 23k... my preferred fusion is Erentil with Firmly Planted/ QuickDraw, range MW, projection fuse, Signal MS scope. Give them hell and enjoy the hatemail

12 RisposteThe people that use shotguns have a respect in PvP and most acknowledge how overpowered fusions are, but they have the maturity nor to use them. I'm more worried in matches when I see any fusion then when I see a mindbenders.

17 RisposteLMAO someone misses their crutch.... No, You shouldn’t be able to snipe with a hitscan fusion. Someone got just what they deserved. Just do what all you potatoes do. Use HL. It’s the new Erentil. So easy Ray Charles can get kills with it. Literally you don’t even need to aim it. Just spam it for days. Should be right up your alley! LoL bots...

5 RisposteErentil is still nuts. You can still map people very easily. Oh no the damage floor drop off got fixed so the damage actually falls off as you increase the range so you don’t get 80m one hit kills anymore. Suck it up it’s still incredible. Destroyed a rumble lobby with ease still with one when the season began.

13 RisposteBack then I would run into 3 fusions a game and if they frustrated anyone it would turn from 3 erentils to 8 in that game. Honestly heavy impacts needed a tone up not all of them. Now the only things needs toning will be hardlight because lowkey hardlights ttk is the same as pre nerf Luna’s so it’s going to get retuned sooner or later

Idk about that, my erentil still eats kids alive at reasonable ranges. Just because we can’t snipe people now doesn’t make fusions “trash”
