Seraph weapons do not create war mind cells if ornament is equipped on it
I have tested for 30 min now the Seventh Seraph VY-7 submachine gun will not create war mind cells if an ornament is equipped on the gun. As soon as I take the ornament off, warming cells begin spawning from kills again.
