Allow us to get any perk combination on any shell, including older shells and legendary ones! I bought the special version of forsaken because i thought the shell was beautiful, and it is still my favourite looking shell, but i don't want to use it when i have another ghost shell with 2 really good perks. It also sucks because there are so many good looking ghosts that i would 100% be ok with paying for but won't because their perks are bad. So bungie, please remove the intrinsic ghost perks and add them to the random perks pool so we can use any ghost, with any perk. [spoiler]also buff the telementry generators, they're completely useless.[/spoiler] EDIT: For ghost shells like Sagira's or contender's, make their unique perks exclusive to that shell, but allow an additional random perk.
