Why can't they matchmake everything like Division 2?

It's what I've been saying for years. I finally stopped playing right before Borderlands 3 came out due to the nerf's and stupid seasons mess. All activities should have matchmaking, all of them. It's arrogance and/or catering to the content creators that doesn't allow it. Forced friending up is just plain stupid.
