5 RisposteAgain they have done EVERYTHING that Bungie said to do to improve it even purchased brand new router. The issue is the other member of the fire team is his parent in the same house all land line internet yet she is still able to play

2 RisposteWe have played consistently for the past 6 months with no connectivity issues at all. A few weeks ago he revived a ban for connectivity issues after we won a match against a team we had played a few times already that evening. He resumed playing and again no issues, until after winning another match 4-1 he is told banded for 2 months.

If your friend is at the two month stage, then they have already had a warning and then a two week restriction and done nothing to better their connection. If they do nothig to improve their connection again, then they can expect a permanent restriction next.
