I am trying to get the winter wolf and frigid jackal for wayfarer, however it seems I'm not able to get resonant stems. I have completed every exotic on mars so none of those quests apply, and I have done PE/EP/Patrols several times and haven't gotten a single resonant stem drop. After a few weeks ago when they wouldn't combine, this is getting really frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.
