Reached Fabled Rank but quest and triumph won't complete
So I just spent the last two hours grinding in comp for glory ranks and I finally reached Fabled but when I went to check on the status for my Luna's Howl quest (in which the step asks me to reach Fabled) AND the Stuff of Myth triumph for Recluse, it says that I have yet to reach Fabled even though when I look at my glory rank it clearly says Fabled I.
So what gives?

Fly to tower and back to orbit. If that doesn't trigger it, restart the game.
