Am I doing Blind Well in vain?
Yesterday 10 runs of Blind Well between tier 2 and 3, with 3 of them heroic = 1 legendary drop (useless cloak).
Today 5 runs of tier 3, with 3 of them heroic = 0 legendary drops.
Could we please get Escalation Protocol treatment for Blind Well too?
