Hi, I've just finished the four forges with full armour/weapons equipped in the Lost Souvenir quest. The final step is to talk to Ada, however when I approach Ada, it brings up the normal menu. I've already got Izanagi's Burden, it's the quest you receive after this. I'm playing on PC/Steam and it's on my Titan. Thanks djanold
