Physical? I have a few times I can recall. I think the biggest one was when I accidentally kicked a rock while playing on some sand dunes with friends at the beach. Basically took my big toenail clean off. Hurt like Hell, especially when my dad tried to take a look at it. There was also the time I got my nose pierced. They accidentally grazed the cartilage and it hurt like buggery. One of the few times in recent memory that I remember involuntarily making a noise because of pain.
