Bug: Make Bows Not War - The Arms Dealer Season 8 Pass required instead of S9
I have the S9 Dawn pass, when I got to Earth and hover on The Arms Dealer strike, it has a read banner saying Requires Season 8, click on it and it shows an ad for S9 and at the bottom has Season Pass Active with a check mark.

That was a Season 8 quest. It most likely should not be available currently. Bungie are aware and looking into it.
