Ok... I've found out why it seems like they don't explode... I didn't realize this last season because of the weapons the mod was on, but basically anti-barrier rounds are just armor piercing ammunition and in game it makes all gun bullets and now arrows not only go through enemy shields or abilities but they go through enemies period. So it seems like my bows that have explosive head on them aren't exploding, but really they're going through the enemy and exploding on the wall in the distance behind them...
