How to you let out your anger/frustration
Me personally, I go for a drive and listen to AC/DC and Led Zeppelin while doing donuts and driving fast

Clay pigeon shooting. I’m not as good as that fella, but I am good enough to have fun with it! It’s also so much fun to see how much better my daughter is getting at it as she grows. Warms this Papa’s heart!
