When Oathkeeper first came out it had an effect that both increased draw speed for bows and allowed you to hold a fully drawn bowstring indefinitely. Then the first part was removed because there was a bug devs couldn’t fix at the time. They said they will monitor the feedback about Oathkeeper and no-one, NO-ONE was okay with the removal of the effect. Yet here we are, a year later with no changes whatsoever. Isn’t it about time devs buffed/fixed it already?
